Fearlessly Loving Yourself, Inc. (FLY) is a mentor program for girls in Baltimore City. FLY is committed to inspiring confidence and personal advancement with the goal of promoting resiliency. We strive to bridge opportunities of higher education, support sustainable life skills and exposure to cultural experiences. FLY’s mentorship structure has three components: direct mentoring, group mentoring, and peer mentoring. This multi-leveled approach will support the well-being, learning and growth of our participants.
